Event Set-Up: 7:30 am -10:00 am. Event: Gate OPEN at 10:00 am and Closes at 4:45pm (event closes at 5:00 pm). Equus Fest Marketplace: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Clinicians Schedules: see above.

Be sure to visit our Clinicians at their various presentations (bring your notepad and camera) and during the “Trainer Talk” segments where you can ask questions and get tips! Also swing by their booths in the Youth Building to learn more about their approaches, book clinics/lesson, and more!

The Equus Fest Marketplace has a wide variety of Exhibitors! Be sure to visit each Exhibitor booth and interact with these great Businesses, Groups, Craftspeople, and Service Providers! Bring your appetite as we have great Mobile Food Vendors on hand too!
